FORGOTTEN ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD

PLEASE HELP ME - well I am a very daft woman that bought a new laptop,
installed windows xp with a password, and then forgot it!! I am the only user
on the computer so cannot go into another account to change it. I need a fool
proof, idiot guide of how to get round this as i havent a clue what i am
doing. Has anyone got and ideas or tips? (Besides dont forget your
password!!) THANKS.

return the laptop, buy a book on computers/Windows, buy laptop again

To the OP:
Have you still got the packaging your computer came in? If so, pack it up
and return it to where you bought it from. If the vendor won't give you a
refund, swap it for a playstation.
