Login as a local user that is part of the administrator group--or you can
login as a domain or workgroup administrator if you're on a network.
Afterwards (if you're using Windows XP Pro), you can right click on <My
Computer> on the desktop and select <Manage...> on the sub-menu--this will
open MMC (Microsoft Management Console). When the console appears, select
the <Local User and Groups> snap-in and expand the folder--you'll see
<Users> and <Groups>. Just select <Users> and locate your 'Administrator'
account. Double left click to open the account properties and change your
password.
