Forgot what my computer name is!!

I recently changed my Computer name and forgot what my old name was, i wanted
to change my name back but forgot, is there a way to fnd out??

RIGHT CLIK with your mouse on COMPUTER icon ( top left corner of
you desktop / monitor) and there it is...
 
By default there in no computer icon installed on the left-hand top corner of
the desktop in vista. Try '98 and 2000, lol.
 
right click on the COMPUTER entry on the start menu and select properties

a window will appear with info.. and the computer name too

why does he need the old one?

a way to find the old one is to go to a computer that accessed a shared
folder in the past and see if he can see the
old path from there

usually folders are shown from the last time if the computer is XP for
instance

Not unless you wrote it down somewhere, knowing you've an unreliable
