Forgot Username and Password

I have an access database file i have been using for some years to store
vital information. Recently i couldn't get into it to retrieve data. I
forgot the username and password and hoping someone could aid me in geting
into the mdb database or give me some web resources that could be of help to
me. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

In many cases, users think that a database is secured, but it really is not.
Have you tried rejoining the default workgroup file? This will allow you to
open the file without a password if it was not properly secured.
