My son is hasn't used his computer in months and has forgotten his pass word. I am "inheriting" the computer but can't get past the Log-On without a passwork. The screen says it's Windows XP Professional with a copyright date of 1985-2001. Does anyone know how I can get past this screen or change/recover the password so I can use the computer???
Thanks
Terry

some people (entire families too) just aren't in the class to be using
passwords...if ya' can't remember a password YOU picked...well....need we
say anymore....

Yeah, we definiately need to say, that you are one dumb
idiot. Let me educate you dummy: 1. You are supposed to
change passwords every 3 months. 2. They are supposed to
have numbers, letters and characters in the SAME word. 3.
all password protected accounts are supposed to have
different passwords. 4. If you are a heavy user and
follow all of the above rules, you have anywhere 6 to 20
passwords at any given time to remember, and those are to
be changed every three months. Can YOU REMEMBER ALL of
them - especially with the letters, numbers, characters
mix in every password? I think NOT, especially not you,
who is too dumb to realize all this.
