forewarding email with pictures

When I try to foreward email with pictures and sound I get a message,
One or more of the pictures in this message could not be found. When you
send message these pictures will not be sent.
This just started in the last few days.

Contact the maker of your email prog, that you forgot to mention in your
post.

I use windows XP and Outlook Express and I can not find anything on outlooks help about the message I get.

I checked tools options send pictures with email and it was checked. I tried
sending email again and got the same reply some pictures were not found and
would not be sent. The pictures that I am talking about are pictures that
were in the email I recieved.
