For presentations

What is the best soft for creating presentations usign block diagrams
like for describing program algorithms, then allow print it or copy as
bitmap to Office.

Don't know which one is best but Dia is decent.

Hint, right click on the grid and choose File Menu -> Export. The file
Menu does not seem to display by default (nor most of the other menus),
they only seem to be available via right click.

Graphiz is another one:http://www.graphviz.org/

Dia: http://dia-installer.sourceforge.net/

ArgoUML is a new kind of program to me but seems to be a diagrammer:

Also 2D CAD tools may be useful.
