Footnote placement- not at bottom of page

Hi,

My footnotes seem to be appearing half way up the page and not at the bottom
of the page. I have made sure that I am selecting 'Bottom of Page' option
when inserting the footnote. I have also checked the formatting to make sure
that the paragrpah spacing is ok which it is. I have a footer but have
checked the settings on this too.

Can't seem to move teh footnotes down to the bottom of the page though!

Any ideas welcome!

Your welcome.
Check that your Templates, ie Normal, etc. don't have this setting.
Saves future problems.
