I want to use Caslon Open Face, a true type font. Widely available in the
past.

Now I get a error trying to install it from W2K.

What is the work around?

How are you trying to install it?

Consider using Right Mouse CLick / Run as Administrator if it's from an
installation package.

Otherwise I think that if you open Windows / Fonts you can get Add a
Font -- it's under the Menu bar: File / Install new font.

If you do not see the menu bar, press the ALT key to show it
temporarily -- gives you a bit more screen space if you don't need it
all the time!

OMG! ***drastic Lewis Black antics*** You can't believe how difficult it
was to try and find simple instructions on how to install a downloaded free
font.....and I FOUND YOU! Thanks, that was way to simple for anyone else to
be able to tell me.....

Hugh, incredible this feature, and first and foremost THANK YOU for
pointing it out. I couldn't figure this one out for three days until I found
your post. My next question, and for Microsoft -> Why hid so many tool
bars? It is incredibly difficult and I'm not sure why cosmetics have a
higher priority over functionality. Next, nothing in the included Vista
software pamphlet so OS help mentions this. Please prove me wrong and state
where the basics of Vista navigation are explained short of buying the
Microsoft Press 50.00 dollar book.

Please understand my sentiment to you personally -> it is sincerely a big
THANK YOU from a 5 day old new Vista User.
