Fonts within Outlook To, From, Subject fields

I know how to change the fonts in the body of my emails but can't for the
life of me work out how to change the font sizes for the Outlook Subject, CC,
BCC and To fields.
 
You can't. Why do you want this anyway?

I don't know whether this is the case with grunter, but my To, From and
Subject etc fields have suddenly turned to a bold font which is
different to the rest of Outlook. This is also the case for various
button fonts and the fonts within the Options window. It's causing most
of the options to disappear off the edge of the form as the form doesn't
resize in accordance with the new font.

I've tried changing the Windows system fonts, but although this affects
the rest of Outlook, it doesn't appear to make a difference to the To,
From, Subject etc.

Any ideas?
