eated a presentation at school using XP and 2003 same as my pc. I had to
email it to myself in order to get it home as no way to burn it on a cd...too
large. I am so upset after spending so many hours selecting different fonts
to express exactly what each slide represented? How can I get it to myself
in its original form with all the fonts the way I want them?

Thank you...as I spent many days working on this..

You must have the same fonts installed on your PC as the ones you used at
school. Fonts are "assets". Some are free, but often they are purchased, or
they come with software that you have purchased. Each font comes with a license
that specifies and restricts its usage. Many True Type fonts can be embedded in
a document, such as a PowerPoint presentation. However, you have to specify
"Embed Fonts" when you save the presentation (at school). However, the
restrictions on use of the font are complicated and even though they can be
embedded, it may be only for display purposes. In PowerPoint 2003 you embed the
fonts if you have set the option in Tools > Options > Save > Embed TT Fonts.

You can find much more information about embedding fonts at:

Professional presenters strongly recommend that you only use two or at most
three fonts in a presentation. There are many reasons for this and there are
exceptions, but I try to follow their advice.
