Fonts showing up

I have added new fonts to my font folder. But they are not showing up in any
of my office applications.
I have the "Show font in font list" box checked.
this is happening on two different PC's.
What am i missing?????
 
What is the currently selected or default printer? If it's "Generic/Text
Only", change it to a printer that is capable of printing fonts, and you will
see more choices in your Office applications.
