fonts out of range and color messed up

Few days ago, I rebooted after windows update and my window's appearance
became so weird. Like the message box which show appear in the center but
now in left hand bottom, background color selected not the same as
displayed, some font looks enlarged and make it out of range and the themes
appearance are weird too.

Anybody tells me what's happening? do I need to reinstall everything?

Got a Dell? It looks like you installed the Dell video driver that was
inexplicably on the last Windows Update. Or perhaps it was another
video driver that was on Windows Update. In any case, installing
drivers from Windows Update is a Bad Thing.
