Fonts are so small to be read

Having set the resolution of the screen to 1600 x 1200
and increasing the size of the fonts to 175%, upon
reading the internet screen, the topics all have half a
page and the font is so small. Is there a way to increase
the size of the size so that the page will also be shown
to the full size of the screen rather than showing at
half the size of the screen.

It is not the issue of changing in IE-View-Text . This is
working fine in the sense that changing it to largest,
the screen fonts change but the problem is in the text
embedding internet web pages the fonts there are small
and a web page is displayed in half the screen size
rather than filling up the screen which would obviously
increase the font size.

What happens when you change text size in IE-View-Text Size?
