Is there a way to make the font return to the last font chosen ? I have a
favorite font that I like to use, but when I start a new document, the font
always goes to Times Roman.

You can change the default font in Word (Normal.dot) or in any given
template by selecting the font in the Format Font dialog, pressing the
Default... button, and answering yes.
