Font issues when pasting in from internet source

I am trying to copy news headlines from various media sources on the internet in to a word document. When I paste in the headline, it retains its size and type of font from the web site. I want my word doc to all be in the same font size and text. How do I set this up? Thanks for your time and consideration.

You can user Paste Special and select 'unformatted text', but probably
easier is just to paste it as it comes then set it back to normal.

Do all your pasting then press Ctrl-A Ctrl-Q Ctrl-Space
