Font in received email

I am using OL 03 and periodically receive email from people in the orient
who use Chinese Windows. Unfortunately, often the font in which their
English message appears when it arrives to me is VERY difficult to read. Is
there a way on my end to change the font to a readable font -- perhaps a
place to specify what font incoming email is displayed in?

In general, the sender controls the fonts.
