Font color as Gradient ??

Hi!

Can we have the font color as gradient of any color?
I know we can have Backgrouds as gradients but can we also have forecolor as
gradient?

If you use WordArt to create the text. Gradients can be used as fills for
drawing objects and WordArt is in that category.

No I do not want to use WordArt or any other pictures.
I am refering to simple text boxes
can we a gradient forecolor of text.
Is it possible in office xp/2003

Not possible in any version of PowerPoint.
