Just installed SP2 , and now I notice that my fonts are not as dark, and
sharp as prior to SP2... Any ideas??
I used to have a program in the control panel that would adjust the
sharpness and I can't remember the exact name of it..Something like "Clear
Type", does that sound familiar to anyone..
Thanks
Barry

Another angle on legibilty is to choose "high contrast black" colour
scheme in Windows Classic Style and large fonts at 800 x 600 pixels
screen resolution. The default colours & fonts are all variable to your
preference. It is worth your time trying various to arrive at something
that is best suited to you. To make it effective in Internet Explorer you
call for over-rides in Properties->General->Accessibility, ignoring colours
& font sizes. I find light gold font on the black background much easier on
my eyes than black type on a white background.
