Font change in comment box in Word

When I have tried to change fonts and font size using Format > Styles and
Formatting > Comment Text > Show > Custom. I have checked Comment Text Style
to be visible, and then gone to Style box and have highlighted Comment Text
Character for Times Roman 12. When I get back to the document the text in the
Comment box is still so small it is very difficult to read. Can anyone help?
 
Try modifying the Balloon Text style too.
