Foler Rights

Hi,

I have a Database server DB01 with around 100 Shared
Folders and many sub-folders inside them. All the folders
are having different security and share permissions. I
need to migrate all the folders from DB01 to another
Database Server DB02.

My query is:

If I copy them from one Server to another the security
permissions will be removed. And it is going to be a very
painful task to give all the permissions ones again. Is
there a way I can Migrate the folders with the permissions
intact.
