foldershare password works on site but not app

....Just as the subject says. Anyone else have this issue?

I originally had a 24 character password, tried shortening it to 16,
no spaces, just upper/lower and numeric.

Any ideas?

You need to be a lot more specific. "foldershare password works
on site but not app" means nothing at all to me.
