Many examples:

Outlook: cannot get the toolbar to continue to NOT be selected after I
close the program. It's there again every time I open it.

Explorer: how can I choose which folder for the program to open up to - it
opens to "my documents" folder being highlighted and expanded. I want i to
open to "c:" drive being open and expanded.

explorer.exe /e,C:\

Yes, that what was meant. You ould also just change the link you already
use, assuming you're using the one already on your desktop.
