folders?

hi i'm trying to delete a folder in My Pictures, there's no pictures in it
either that's why i want to delete it, but every time i try to delete the
folder, it says that it's being used by another person or program, I'm not
sure what it means could someone please help?

I suggest opening Media Player, and revise the 'playlist' to exclude deleted
items.
