Folders within folders (files????)

Recently, I was trying to drag an email to a folder. Somehow or another the
folder became a 'sub-folder' of another folder. In other words it is now
indented under another folder. I do not want it there and have tried every
way that I know of to delete it. It just won't delete! Any suggestions???

Drag that folder up to Local Folders.
