Folders View?

How can I make "DETAIL" the default view for all folders in Win explorer?
Should I say can I?

Set up a folder with the Detail view. Go to the toolbar at the
top of the window and hit Tools. Select Folder Options from the
menu. In Folder Options, click on the View tab. Hit the "Apply
to all folders" button. Hit OK. Now whenever you open a folder
it will have that view.

Keep in mind that this view will be applied to Windows
Explorer, My Computer or any individual folder you may open.

It may not work for all folders view for XP has a default limit of 400 folders
You can increase this view setting to 8000 at below website.
