Folders Pane OL2003

In the Folders list on the left side of OL2003, in the Mail section, it has a
small section at the top labeled; "Favorite Folders" and then a lower section
(as I was used to in OLXP) labeled; "All Mail Folders". Is there a way to
turn off the section for "Favorite Folders"?
