folder view and mouse wheel speed

Hi, 2 more questions:
- How do we adjust the mouse wheel scroll speed. mine is
way too fast.

- Even if I selected remember folder view the system does
not. Each i=I go back to a folder the view type has change
to icon

You can adjust your mouse speed in Control Panel. Select
Start, Programs, Control Panel, then Mouse. There will
be a selection that allows you to calibrate the speed to
your needs.
