Folder removal

I have a folder that will not delete. I get the error
message that the folder is in use or not empty whenever I
try to delete it. The folder contains an exec file that
runs whenever I boot the system (the file is an auto
dialer program for X rated stuff, not sure how it got
there as the date and time are when I am at work). How
can I get rid of it?

Try AdAware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com
It may detect unwanted programs, and allow you to delete them
 
Open task manager, the file will be there, right click on it, end process
and then you can easily remove the file as well as the folder, without
having to do much.
