Folder pop out @ when window start

The norton antivirus folder will pop out when the window launchs. How do I
solve the problem?
 
I am asking how to stop the folder from poping out when the window starts. I
am not asking to renew whatever with norton

Stop the popup by answering whatever question the Norton program is
asking you or by contacting Norton tech support for help with their
dreadful software.
