Folder Permissions

i'm just wondering is there anyway to stop users from changing the name of a
folder in outlook 2000. I have a macro which will track name changes but it
is not viable to put this on every computer in my company. the folder i am
concerned with is a folder we created within the default Contacts folder. Any
help would be much appreciated.
 
No, users have full control on their own mailbox.
