folder permissions?

Hi,

I'm trying to share the boss's calendar among the other executives. In the
boss's Outlook Calendar I've given these individuals Reviewer rights and no
other rights to any of the boss's Outlook folders. Then I go to the other
workstations and Add the boss's mailbox, then everyone can see everything in
every folder.

IOW, I want them to be able to see only the Calendar, but despite my
attempts to limit their permissions, they can see the Inbox and other
folders too.

Can anyone suggest what the problem might be?

The problem is probably upstream with permissions in Active Directory. Check
the permissions for the containers that users are inheriting from.
 
Very sorry, Sue. I should have said that this is NT4/Exchange 5.5/OutlookXP.

Same issue, only you look not in Active Directory, but in the Exchange
manager
