Folder Open On Startup

Could anyone tell me how to stop a folder opening on
start-up. The program folder that keeps opening is the
program for my scanner (Ulead Photo Express 2se). If
anyone could tell me how to stop this from happening it
would be appreciated.
 
Hi Matthew,

First, go to the properties or settings in the program and see if there is
an option to disable run at start. If so, disable it. If not, go to
Start>Run type "msconfig"(no quotes) go to the "Startup" tab and un-check
the appropriate box. When you re-boot, you will see a box that tells you
something about configuration having been changed, or something to that
effect. Just check the box to ignore and go about your business.
