Sure, L-click on Name on the field header.

Click the column heading and it will reverse the listing.

You must be in Details View. Open the folder and select View/Details. Now, you can click any of the column headers and reverse the sort order.

the others at work should know how to sort thousands of files
with a single click on the filetype column heading.
if this is too too difficult for them to comprehend a 10 year old
windows concept, then "LET THEM SUFFER......"
but, you may want to download specialty software that builds
index's / compiles file names for easy view and access... try googling..
