Is there any way to change the order of the Folder List? I setup Outlook,
connect to Exchange and then use Tools, Email Account and add a *.pst file.
After adding the *.pst file the Folder List shows the Personal Folders at the
top of the list and the Exchange server folder/files below. I want the
Exchange folder/files on top and the Personal Folders below them.

Thank you for your support.

Yes, the way to change the order is to change the sorting order of the folder
name. Rename the default name "Archive Folder" to e.g "Personal" by:
right click on "Archive Folders"
left click on Properties, then Advanced
type "Personal" on the Name text box.
click OK, click OK

This is what's happening... This is for a remote user. Setup Outlook with
Exchange, open the program and mail is delivered. Then I add Personal
Folders and change the delivery from the Server Inbox to the PFs Inbox.
Depending on where new mail is to be delivered, I have found that that set of
Folders (Server Inbox or PFs Inbox) Outlook changes the order and displays
those folders on top. With earlier versions of Office XP or 2000 the order
never changed and the Exchange Server Folders always were displayed first. I
want Office/Outlook 2003 set the same way. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks,
Debi
