Folder :inbox synchronizing headers reported error 0x80004005

I have setup an HTTP msn (hotmail) account and some things work but when I go
to Send/Reserve only 1 of 2 go though I always get "Folder :inbox
synchronizing headers reported error 0x80004005"
 
Do you have a paid subscription to one of the MSN services that allows
Outlook to use Hotmail?
