What's with the folders with names like "050580790350a82da7b27fc5fd07" in
the root of my C:\ drive? They have something to do with sp2 hotfixes. Can
I safely delete them?

I am running an HP Pavilion with Windows XP Pro SP1

The problem is they have Uninstallers in the folders. My
system has them too. Actually only one of them. I think
it is just a randomly generated number to create a folder
that would not possibly exist to install the patch from.
