Hello,

I lost visibility of my junk mails folder, it still exists because I can go
to the folder using menu but I spent hours exploring all my folder
hierarchy and it is no more in the tree.
How to get it back, I found no options or tools ?

Thanks
CS

Close Outlook and then open it using the /resetfolders switch:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /resetfolders <enter>

This should restore folders for the default delivery location.

Hello,

I tried it but no effect, my folder is still existing but not displayed in
the hierarchy ????

Was the folder perhaps accidentally dragged into another folder? Look for
folders with + beside them to indicate a subfolder.

Already done, twice , nowhere.

How are you getting to the folder using menu? What menu choices are you
making to get there?

Try opening Outlook using the /cleanviews switch:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanviews <enter>

My outlook 2007 is in French
I use the 4th menu from left in the menu barr: Atteindre(Reach or Go to
should be the translation)
