i have the same question as viper basically, In windows
98 u could customize your folder to have a seperate pic
that filled the entire folder while viewing it in windows
explorer (sort of like the background of your comp), and
you could change the file description font colors;
but in windows XP they only let you add a pic to the
folder icon???
why did they remove the better folder customization of
windows 98, how do you get that folder customization
ability back to the way windows 98 had it without
screwing up windows XP?
