Outlook 2003/2007/2010 has a new PST file format. File size limit has a
soft setting of 20GB max file size (assumes file system is ntfs) and more
items per folder than you or have time to count.
Keep in mind that whatever PST files you bring over from earlier versions
will maintain the legacy file size/item count limits (2GB/65,536 items).
