Flushing Password History

Is it possible to flush the password history for a user, so that the
user can reuse a password sooner than the policy allows? How? We are
using Win2K, and Active Directory.

You used to (in NT Domains) just remove the "require
unique password" option from the user properties, apply,
then re-add that option and all old passwords were
forgotten.
