When I put a floppy in the drive, the CPU makes a repetitive skipping noise when I attempt to open files on the disc.
I then get an error that computer can't read drive a. When I checked the hardware in devise manager it tells me the devise is working properly, and a ran the new hardware wizard which also said the devise is working properly. It has me stumped??? Any help anyone could suggest would be greatly appreciated!
