Floating Tool Bar Program

Running WinXP Pro SP2. Looking for a floating tool bar program I can add
programs to.

Try using the one that comes with xp. You make a folder on the desktop
and put anything in it u want and drag it to the top or left of the
screen. I makes a toolbar and then u can drag it anywhere and resize it.

It's what I've done, because I like a clean desktop.
The only difference is that I put it on the right :-)
It's like having another quick launch bar, but it doesn't steal space to the
taskbar, and can be set to autohide.

Correct. The simplest way to do it without adding any additional
software. Also remember to right-click an empty area of the toolbar and
CHECK "Always On Top" (if that's what you want!).

I downloaded RocketDock and PowerPro. RocketDock was to garish for me so I
settled on PowerPro. I am still testing the XP built in tool bar. Thanks
for your help.
