flipped doc distorted

After I flip a file, the fonts are fuzzy and nearly blurred. I want to keep
the font/layout the same as before I flipped it.
Thanks for any help. Besides, I have someone who does this in Corel Draw and
it turns out as before it gets flipped (and they brag about it!). I refuse to
buy a copy of Corel Draw.
 
What program could I try to do that? The document is a PDF imported with a
PDF2Word add-on piece of software. Could you let me know what software is
available/suggested to try?

You can select a graphic in Reader and copy it to the clipboard. Open your favorite graphics program, paste in the graphic, do your magic and save the file. Insert it back into your document.

Oh - and don't tell your friend how you did it. People who brag about how they can do something that you can't really jerk my chain. There are many ways to do something and just because you don't have a particular program doesn't mean it can't be done. ;-)
