flip a landscape doc when printing

i have a doc set up in landscape view. our printers have papers that have
holes to be placed in files. i need this landscape doc, when printed to be
flipped 180 degrees so the holes in the paper are at the bottom of the page
instead of the top. i know i can get by this by flipping how the paper
enters the printer but this document is part of a huge packet that prints at
once and the users are not able to change the paper feed.

Most printer drivers offer duplexing settings that allow you to select
whether the pages are flipped on the long or short side. This may be all you
need to do.

Thanks for the reply. I know most printers have this capability but this
document is loaded into a database and when users request a 'packet', the
database front end opens word and prints 20-30 documents at once. there has
to be some sort of setting/preference in MSWord that will allow me to 'flip'
the print layout. i cannot change the printer settings for it will affect
all other documents being printed.

No, unfortunately, there is no such setting in Word. Word depends entirely
on the printer settings.

Possibly you could add a macro to the document that sets the appropriate
printer Properties, prints the document, then resets the settings.
