Flexibility for permanently deleting items

I would like to be able to choose which deleted items go the the deleted
folder and which are permanently deleted. For example, tasks are permently
deleted but emails are not. Even if it was not automatic but an option with
the right click.

I don't know what you mean - your deleted tasks in your mailbox/PST file
should be going to the deleted items folder along with anything else -
presuming you didn't hard delete them.
