Fldrclnr.dll

Lately when I boot up I get an error message that says "Error loading
FLDRCLNR.DLL Specified module not found." What could be causing this?
should I run sfc /scannow?

fldrclnr.dll is a system file in c:\WINDOWS\system32. It is possible
that this file is corrupt.
