Flashing in IE7 since installing Vista Home Premium

Since installing Vista Home Premium, I'm getting severe flashing when I
scroll a page in IE7. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

replace your video card, or get a mac.

Probably your video card driver. For now you might want to try turning off
smooth scrolling in IE.

Thanks for the replies. I'm sure you are both right about the video card, it's just a cheap one. However, switching to Firefox also solved the problem.

I don't have any such problems in IE 7 on my Dell Dimension E520 with an ATI
x1300 Pro w/256MB VRAM.
Also using Vista Home Premium. But my version of VHP isn't an upgrade, it's
a clean installation of a System Builder Kit.

I also have smooth scrolling turned on.
