How do you mean? Flash cards to print? Something you can view and study in
front of the computer?
Word can certainly print card-size documents - the Envelopes and Labels tool
even has some presets to apply a table-layout to your pages. What you print
on them is up to you, it does not have to be addresses!
If you're looking to display something on screen and then see the correct
answer when you click, you might want to investigate PowerPoint.
