Hi Clay,

Yes, it's a flash animation. And the problem occurs if the Flash ActiveX control is set Kill-bit, or disabled via Manage Add-ons or via Policies.

Download the utility AddonConfigurator from here:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/addonconfig.htm

Run the utility and then type the following CLSID in the Text box exactly

{D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000}

Click the "View add-on information" button and post the LOG here.

Hi Clay,

As I see from the file, none of the restrictictions are enabled for Flash ActiveX, and not sure what's causing the problem. Can you tell what happens when you reinstall Flash?

Possible workarounds:

1. Try adding the website to your Trusted Zone _Temporarily_
2. Try this from Start, Run:

regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\macromed\flash\Flash.ocx

btw that's all I did was hit unblock in that utility. I didn't try the other
things you suggested but will keep this meessage on file.

Thanks again.

I hit unblock in your utility. Maybe that did it.

Yes, that unblocks the Class ID totally. I did not advice that before, as I just wanted to know how the CLSID was blocked. Thanks for the feedback!
